彭明发,男,中共党员,博士,副教授。20196苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院(FUNSOM)获博士学位20118月至今一直在高校工作,曾多次获评苏州大学优秀教职工和苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院优秀共产党员20204月加入常熟理工学院。迄今在国内外高水平学术期刊上发表SCI科研论文30余篇,撰写英文书(章节)1章,H-index21其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文16,主要包括:Adv. Funct. Mater.4篇),Nano Energy 2篇),SmallChem. Mater.ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces3篇),Appl. Phys. Lett.等。此外,以第一发明人申请中国发明专利4项,已授权1项。入选2021年江苏省科技副总,2022年获苏州市自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖。
